Have you seen how easy it is to add Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain? No?
Then I have here for you a small manual how to do this.
First we have to open a Dynamics 365 CE Application, here in my description I open the Leads View and copy the url.
Next I right click in the dashboard view of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain to a a app. Then I select “Website” and in the next screen I enter the needed information.
After refresh of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Dashboard the new tile “CRM Leads” is loaded.
When I click on it the View of the Leads is open in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain interface.
How cool is that?
