Now every time a registration form is submitted the workflow starts running.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"228\" height=\"64\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-400\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As second step I use \u201cGet&nbsp;resonse&nbsp;details\u201d as an action from Microsoft Forms to get the detailed information from the registration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"218\" height=\"124\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-406\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And at least I used the \u201cAdd a row into a table\u201d action from Microsoft Excel (for business) to add a new row in my registration table.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"222\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-14.png 222w, https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-14-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 222px) 100vw, 222px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you have a registration form and a registration to solve the requirements for the case of infection.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"258\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-15.png 258w, https:\/\/dynamiacs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-15-167x300.png 167w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This post should give you an idea how easy it is to build such a process in a short time and use digital possibilities instead of paperwork.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel free to adopt this and build your own solution with your own requirements.
