Wirkung entsteht in den Wochen danach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wenn Nutzer Feedback geben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prozesse sich anpassen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datenl\u00fccken sichtbar werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und Leitplanken gesch\u00e4rft werden m\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohne Produktlogik f\u00e4llt diese Phase oft in ein<br>Vakuum und Wert verpufft.<br>Der Wechsel zur Produktlogik beginnt mit einer anderen Frage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nicht \u201eWann sind wir fertig?\u201c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sondern \u201eWie wird das System besser?\u201c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Frage zwingt zu vier Elementen:<br>1) Backlog: Ein kontinuierlicher Arbeitsvorrat mit Priorisierung nach Outcome.<br>2) Release-Rhythmus: Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige kleine Verbesserungen, statt seltene gro\u00dfe Releases.<br>3) Monitoring: Metriken, die Wirkung und Risiko sichtbar machen (z. B. Durchlaufzeit, Eskalationsqualit\u00e4t, Fehlerquoten).<br>4) Ownership nach Go-Live: Wer owned die ersten 90 Tage? Wer entscheidet \u00fcber \u00c4nderungen? Wer verantwortet Betrieb?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein praxistauglicher Ansatz ist 30-60-90.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 Tage: Stabilisierung. Baseline KPI. Incident-Prozess. Erste Quick Fixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 Tage: Optimierung. Leitplanken sch\u00e4rfen. Datenl\u00fccken schlie\u00dfen. Adoption steigern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 Tage: Skalierung. N\u00e4chste Entscheidungsklasse. Automatisierung weiterer Teilprozesse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Entscheider ist dieser Ansatz attraktiv, weil er ROI strukturiert. Er macht sichtbar, ob Wirkung<br>entsteht und wo nachjustiert werden muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wichtig ist: Produktlogik bedeutet nicht \u201eendloses Projekt\u201c. Es bedeutet klare Ownership, klare Rhythmik und messbare Verbesserung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazit Teil 3: Go-Live ist der Startpunkt. Wer danach keine Produktlogik hat, verliert Wirkung.
