Governance-Operating-Model, Rollen, Routinen und wenige, konkrete Artefakte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rollen:<br>Ein pragmatisches Minimum umfasst vier Verantwortlichkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decision Owner (fachlich): Verantwortet die Entscheidungsklasse und den Outcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk Owner: Definiert akzeptables Risiko, Schwellenwerte und Eskalationsregeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ops Owner: Verantwortet Betrieb, Monitoring, Incident- und Change-Prozesse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Owner: Verantwortet Semantik, Qualit\u00e4t und Aktualit\u00e4t der entscheidenden Daten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Rollen m\u00fcssen nicht in neue Teams m\u00fcnden. Aber sie m\u00fcssen eindeutig benannt sein sonst wird Risiko anonym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Routinen:<br>Drei Routinen reichen oft f\u00fcr einen stabilen Start.<br>1) Policy\/Threshold Review (monatlich): Welche Leitplanken funktionieren? Welche Schwellen sind zu streng oder zu lax? Welche neuen Risiken wurden sichtbar?<br>2) Change Rhythmus (zweiw\u00f6chentlich\/monatlich): \u00c4nderungen an Prompt\/Policy\/Mapping werden versioniert, getestet, ausgerollt. Teams k\u00f6nnen liefern, ohne st\u00e4ndig neu zu verhandeln. Und Entscheider k\u00f6nnen Risiken steuern, ohne Innovation zu blockieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer Erfolgsfaktor ist Risikobasierung. Nicht jeder Use Case braucht dieselben Regeln. Ein Assistenz-Copilot hat anderes Risiko als ein Agent, der Aktionen ausl\u00f6st. Governance muss daher zwischen Risikoklassen unterscheiden.
